WA State phase & vaccine update: |
Most of Washington State counties are primarily all in Phase 3, which means that outdoor social gatherings shall be limited to 50 people from outside your household. Worship services allowed with up to 50% indoor capacity. Retail stores, including farmers markets, allowed with up to 50% indoor capacity. Dining and bars are up to 50% capacity. Three counties; Pierce, Whitman and Cowlitz are to be set back to phase 2 started April 16, 2021. This means that max. capacity will be cut in half. Restaurants, gyms, retail stores, bars, and worship services will be at max. capacity of 25% now. Everyone 16 years or older is eligible for the vaccine starting April 15th.

OR State phase & vaccine status: |
Part of Oregon is currently in Phase 1B, and some counties are at phase 2, which means that counties that are at low-risk levels can have businesses open to max. 50% capacity. Counties at medium risk are at 25% capacity, and high risk counties are at 15% capacity. All individuals that are in phase 1B group 7 that are eligible can get the vaccine starting April 5th. Phase 2 edibility will open up April 19th. Everyone that is 16 or older can be vaccinated at this point.

ID State phase & vaccine status: |
All of Idaho is currently in phase 3. Gatherings should be limited to 50 people or fewer, and there are no travel restrictions. All businesses can be open to 50% capacity. Anyone that works or lives in Idaho that is over the age of 16 is eligible for the vaccine. The map on the left shows the areas that are at a high risk, highlighted in dark purple. The lighter the color, the lower the risk in that county.

MT State phase & vaccine status: |
Idaho is currently in phase 2, and should be moving to phase 3 in the next couple of months. In phase 2, certain businesses are open until 2 a.m. instead of 10 p.m. All restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, and casinos should have no more than 50% capacity. All eating and drinking establishments should limit group sizes at tables to 8 or less. This rule does not apply to anyone 18 years or younger who are present with their parent or guardian. All public gatherings should be limited to 150 people indoors, and 250 people outdoors. The vaccine is available in most counties. All Montanans age 16 or older are eligible for the vaccine, in effect on April 1st, 2021.

CA State phase & vaccine status: |
Every county in California is assigned to a tier based on its positivity rate, adjusted case rate, and health equity metric. Counties must remain in a tier for at least 3 weeks before moving to a less restrictive tier. Counties must meet the next tier’s criteria for two consecutive weeks to move to a less restrictive tier. Most counties are at moderate risk level, which allows some businesses to be open up to 50%. Californians 16 or older are eligible for the vaccine starting April 16th. California has reached about 20 million vaccines, and plans to fully re-open by June 15th.
